How do offers work?
When you post a request, providers who cover your area and service can accept your budget or send a counter-offer with their own price. You choose which offer to take. Nothing is booked until you confirm and pay.
When do I pay?
You pay to confirm the booking, by card or a local payment method where available. Before you pay you always see the service price, the Taskifix service fee and the total.
Who can see my address?
Providers only see your area until you book them. After you book and pay, your chosen provider sees the full address so they can find you.
What if the provider does not show up or the work is poor?
Open the booking and choose Report an issue. Our support team reviews the timeline, messages and payment, and can arrange a refund where our policy allows.
How are providers verified?
Every provider confirms their phone number and uploads a government ID such as a national ID card, passport or driver's licence. Electrical, gas, generator and fumigation work needs extra documents before a provider can take those jobs.
