Who we are

Taskifix is a marketplace operated by Solution Mobile Ltd. We connect people who need services with independent providers. Providers are not our employees; the service contract is between the customer and the provider.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and give accurate details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, put others at risk, or try to take payments outside Taskifix.

Requests, offers and bookings

A request is an invitation for offers. An offer is a provider's price for the job as described. A booking is made when the customer selects an offer and the payment is confirmed.

Providers must only offer work they are qualified to do and must keep to the agreed scope and price. Changes to scope or price should be agreed in Taskifix messages.

Fees and payments

Customers pay the job price plus a service fee. The price, the fee and the total are shown before you pay, in the currency of the country where the job takes place. Providers pay a commission on completed jobs. Current rates are shown in the app.

Payments are made by card or by local payment methods where available, and are processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card details.

Cancellations, problems and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Cancellation and refund policy. Problems should be reported through the booking so our team can review the timeline, messages and payment.

Reviews and conduct

Reviews must be honest and about the job. We may remove reviews that are abusive, contain personal contact details, or are not genuine.

Liability

Some consumer rights cannot be excluded under the law where you live, and nothing in these terms limits them. To the extent the law allows, Taskifix is not liable for the quality of work done by providers, but we will help resolve disputes in line with our policies.
